I have caught myself interrupting my wife when she was trying to say something - sometimes I get in too much of a hurry to share what I have to say. At least I am aware of it and monitor myself. I’m trying to do better.

I hope you can find an emotionally neutral way to discuss this. you both deserve a chance to safely express your feelings about this. before another 8 hours elapse?

Bob, you performed labor on labor day, what a shame! Maybe Laura showed appreciation, later? Where did you live in Germany?

There is an economical scanner available from VuPoint ($100) it scans slides and negatives. I haven’t tried one but the reviews are pretty good, appropriate quality for the cost. The last time I had slides scanned it cost $2-$3 an image at a camera store, so if you have a lots of slides, it might be an option.

meno, they are at their cutest in that one. Hard to believe that just ten minutes ago she was sitting on his head biting his belly.

jen, four year olds aren’t known for their flexibility are they? I relish the freedom, but I will experience the same joys you will. It’s all relative.

crazymumma, definitely obsessive…just not as rigid as my style used to be. Scary, huh? I’m using ink in an effort to break the cycle. Not being able to erase your mistakes, forces you to be more flexible, if only mildly so…

qt, it’s worth it for a short trip. I’m such a slacker about making hair appointments, I’ll probably let it grow a few more inches and donate to locks of love. De’s pool would be a useful target at ten thousand feet.
